Medical Ethics ? ( 2 )

Once again I re-post an article that should be read and well considered , it is by The Opinionator at Up Pompeii . I make no comment .

Trust Your Muslim Doctor? --- Think Again

FROM THEOPINIONATOR:

Shiek Yer'Mami over at the Winds of Jihad has posted the results of a poll where the question asked was: Do you trust muslim doctors?

67% said they do NOT trust muslim doctors

I thought this was a good time to repost a blog I wrote regarding the Muslim Doctor's Association of Great Britain - which clearly shows that doubts about trusting muslim doctors are well founded. Can you imagine if other non muslim doctors cited non muslims as their priority?

UK MUSLIM DOCTOR ASSOCIATION EXPOSES THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT MUSLIMS

29/12/08 UPDATE - the original link to the MDDA no longer exists ---
HERE is the new LINK-- the constitution has not changed.

Below is the beginning section of the Constitution of the Muslim Doctors and Dentists Association of the UK -

Please note under section 2 Objects and powers- that their main object is to ADVANCE THE ISLAMIC RELIGION IN THE UK and to promote and preserve the good health of MUSLIMS in the UK.

NO WHERE IS IT FOUND THAT THE MUSLIM DOCTORS AND DENTISTS HAVE AS THEIR PRIME OBJECTIVE THE GOOD HEALTH OF THE NON MUSLIM BRITISH PEOPLE- in fact- the British people in general are not even given a mention as only muslims are a worthwhile. It is obvious that this lack of concern, by muslim doctors, for kafir patients in not exclusive just to the UK but would extend worldwide.

Why might that be?

Why don't you ask
Dr. Mohammed Asha or Dr Bilal Abdullaor EngineerKafeel Ahmed--oops sorry Kafeel died from burns suffered when trying to blow up Glasgow Airport.

Just think if the British Medical Association had a statement that British doctors should prioritize non-muslim British people --one can imagine the throngs of muslims pouring into our streets with angry contorted faces screaming and demanding.

What is even more alarming is that the
British Medical Association, by its silence, is condoning the clearly discriminatory behaviours of the moslem doctors - as stated in their M.D.D.A. UK Constitution. It is also disgusting that no government official or new media has even investigated this clear evidence of discrimination.

So please keep the below in mind the next time you go to your muslim doctor or dentist and remember that he does not place YOU or YOUR HEALTH as a priority. Muslim's come first by their very own "code of (un) ethics".

Constitution
The Muslim Doctors and Dentisits Association UK (M.D.D.A. UK)

1. Name

The name of the Association is Muslim Doctors and Dentists Association UK (the Association)

2. Objects and powers

2.1 The objects of the association shall be:-
2.1.1. To advance the Islamic religion in the practice of medicine in the United Kingdom
2.1.2. To advance medical education in relation to the doctrines, practices and traditions of the Islamic religion.
2.1.3. To promote research in various aspects of medical science and to disseminate and publish the useful results of such research.
2.1.4. To promote the preservation and protection of the good health of Muslims in the United Kingdom.

FROM THE OPINIONATOR - ADDENDUM:
Below is the UK General Medical Council standards of practice - emphasis mine

UK General Medical Council

The GMC is charged with supervision of the conduct of the profession. This includes educational standards, personal ethics and behaviour. The extent to which the GMC should question personal ethics and behaviour if they do not impinge on medical practice may be debated. They have a number of publications, many of which are available at their website. The booklet "Good Medical Practice"4 is sent to all doctors and available on-line. The start of the document is quoted:

Patients must be able to trust doctors with their lives and well-being. To justify that trust, we as a profession have a duty to maintain a good standard of practice and care and to show respect for human life. In particular as a doctor you must:
  • Make the care of your patient your first concern.
  • Treat every patient politely and considerately.
  • Respect patients' dignity and privacy.
  • Listen to patients and respect their views.
  • Give patients information in a way they can understand.
  • Respect the rights of patients to be fully involved in decisions about their care.
  • Keep your professional knowledge and skills up to date.
  • Recognise the limits of your professional competence.
  • Be honest and trustworthy.
  • Respect and protect confidential information.
  • Make sure that your personal beliefs do not prejudice your patients' care.
  • Act quickly to protect patients from risk if you have good reason to believe that you or a colleague may not be fit to practise.
  • Avoid abusing your position as a doctor.
  • Work with colleagues in the ways that best serve patients' interests.

Clearly the MMDDA UK is in violation of the standards of medical practise as stated above.

Merry Christmas .

Can I wish all my readers a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year for 2009 .

This has turned out to be a disappointing year , we , the people , have been betrayed by greedy bankers and industrialists and by an incompetent government and an equally incompetent opposition . Any other company would have been allowed to fail if it had become essentially insolvent , but we are told that building societies and banks are special cases , no , if Northern Rock had been allowed to fail we would NOT have had this crisis . Now the foreign owned car industry has the begging bowl out and New Labour will , under the Prince of Darkness , rescue them at OUR expense . However there is no help for us , who are in personal debt , no , we are saddled with Browns wicked legacy for the next 30 years , he is deliberately wrecking this country ; I have seriously queried if he is mentally ill .
I have a granddaughter who will , in a few years , be qualified in an honoured profession , I say to her and her younger brother , start a life elsewhere in a country that appreciates hard working professionals and cherishes freedom , somewhere outside of the E.U.
This is not the Christmas message that I wanted to deliver but circumstances dictate honesty .

Nora passes on .

Farewell Nora , you will be deeply missed by all of your fans , may you Rest in Peace . Kathy Staff the much beloved star of " Last of the Summer Wine " has died , she has gone to join the other members of the show that have passed on in recent years . Of the original cast few remain , the most prominent being Peter Sallis ( Norman Clegg ) , top left in the picture above .
LotSW is a show that portrays the very best of Northern working class life , the honesty , work ethic and sense of fun , it does it without smut or filth . Even Howard and Marina never get to consummate their flirting , this is British humour at it's best .
It proves that the Ross / Brand filth is not required to get laughs from the public ; Cleggy , Howard , Smiler and Entwhistle are natural comical characters that charm and delight .
I can only hope that in Heaven Nora is chaseing Compo with her brush .

Democracy E.U. style .

From EU Referendum comes a report of a meeting between the scum of the E.U. and the respected President of a sovereign nation , I should warn the eurocracts that the Czechs have been threatened before and were prepared to send cavalry against tanks !!

Excerpts from the transcript of a meeting between Václav Klaus, President of the Czech Republic, and members of the Conference of the Presidents of the European Parliament, Friday 5 December 2008, Prague Castle.

Daniel Cohn-Bendit MEP: I brought you a flag, which - as we heard - you have everywhere here at the Prague Castle. It is the flag of the European Union, so I will place it here in front of you.

It will be a tough Presidency. The Czech Republic will have to deal with the work directive and climate package. EU climate package represents less than what our fraction would wish for. It will be necessary to hold on to the minimum of that. I am certain that the climate change represents not only a risk, but also a danger for the future development of the planet. My view is based on scientific views and majority approval of the EP and I know you disagree with me. You can believe what you want, I don't believe, I know that global warming is a reality.

Lisbon Treaty: I don't care about your opinions on it. I want to know what you are going to do if the Czech Chamber of Deputies and the Senate approve it. Will you respect the will of the representatives of the people? You will have to sign it.

I want you to explain to me what is the level of your friendship with Mr Ganley from Ireland. How can you meet a person whose funding is unclear? You are not supposed to meet him in your function. It is a man whose finances come from problematic sources and he wants to use them to be funding his election campaign into the EP.

President Vaclav Klaus: I must say that nobody has talked to me in such a style and tone for the past 6 years. You are not on the barricades in Paris here. I thought that these manners ended for us 18 years ago but I see I was wrong. I would not dare to ask how the activities of the Greens are funded. If you are concerned about a rational discussion in this half an hour, which we have, please give the floor to someone else, Mr Chairman.

EU Parliament President Hans-Gert Pöttering: No, we have plenty of time. My colleague will continue, because anyone from the members of the EP can ask you whatever he likes. (to Cohn-Bendit:) Please continue.

President Vaclav Klaus: This is incredible. I have never experienced anything like this before.

Daniel Cohn-Bendit: Because you have not experienced me..

Pesident Vaclav Klaus: This is incredible.

Daniel Cohn-Bendit: We have always had good talks with President Havel. And what will you tell me about your attitude towards the anti-discrimination law? I will gladly inform you about our funding.

Hans-Gert Pöttering: Brian Crowley, please.

Brian Crowley MEP: I am from Ireland and I am a member of a party in government. All his life my father fought against the British domination. Many of my relatives lost their lives. That is why I dare to say that the Irish wish for the Lisbon Treaty. It was an insult, Mr. President, to me and to the Irish people what you said during your state visit to Ireland. It was an insult that you met Declan Ganley, a man with no elected mandate. This man has not proven the sources from which his campaign was funded. I just want to inform you what the Irish felt. I wish you that you get the programme of your Presidency through and you will get through what European citizens want to see.

President Vaclav Klaus: Thank you for this experience which I gained from this meeting. I did not think anything like this is possible and have not experienced anything like this for the past 19 years. I thought it was a matter of the past that we live in democracy, but it is post-democracy, really, which rules the EU.

You mentioned the European values. The most important value is freedom and democracy. The citizens of the EU member states are concerned about freedom and democracy, above all. But democracy and freedom are losing ground in the EU today. It is necessary to strive for them and fight for them.

I would like to emphasize, above all, what most citizens of the Czech Republic feel, that for us the EU membership has no alternative. It was me who submitted the EU application in the year 1996 and who signed the Accession treaty in 2003. But the arrangements within the EU have many alternatives. To take one of them as sacrosanct, untouchable, about which it is not possible to doubt or criticize it, is against the very nature of Europe.

As for the Lisbon Treaty, I would like to mention that it is not ratified in Germany either. The Constitutional Treaty, which was basically the same as the Lisbon Treaty, was refused in referendums in other two countries. If Mr. Crowley speaks of an insult to the Irish people, then I must say that the biggest insult to the Irish people is not to accept the result of the Irish referendum. In Ireland I met somebody who represents a majority in his country. You, Mr. Crowley, represent a view which is in minority in Ireland. That is a tangible result of the referendum.

Brian Crowley MEP: With all respect, Mr. President, you will not tell me what the Irish think. As an Irishman, I know it best.

President Vaclav Klaus: I do not speculate about what the Irish think. I state the only measurable data which were proved by the referendum.

In our country the Lisbon Treaty is not ratified because our parliament has not decided on it yet. It is not the President's fault. Let's wait for the decision of both Chambers of the Parliament, that is the current phase of the ratification process in which the President plays no role whatsoever. I cannot sign the Treaty today, it is not on my table, it is up to the parliament to decide about it now. My role will come after the eventual approval of the Treaty in the Parliament. . .

...

Hans-Gert Pöttering: ... In the conclusion - and I want to leave this room in good terms - I would like to say that it is more than unacceptable, if you compare us, compare us with the Soviet Union. We are all deeply rooted in our countries and our constituencies. We are concerned about freedom and reconciliation in Europe, we are good willing, not naïve.

President Vaclav Klaus: I did not compare you with the Soviet Union, I did not mention the word[s] "Soviet Union". I only said that I have not experienced such an atmosphere, such style of debate in the past 19 years in the Czech Republic, really.
My thanks to Anthony Coughlan for passing this on.
