Hope in sight for cancer patients .

It is my privilage to be allowed to attend the most prestigious cancer research conference in Europe , here circulating among the worlds leading cancer clinicians and researchers brings new hope . Once cancer was seen as a death sentance , however listening to the presentations one realises that it can be viewed as a chronic illness , survivorbility is now vastly increased . The sense of dedication from these cutting edge researchers is astounding , and it is worth noting that most of the researcher are in their late 20's and female .
Once again I must emphasise that the word here is hope and day by day the list of treatable cancers grows longer thanks to these young men and women .
