Food shortages predicted .

According to The Daily Telegraph , there is likely to be a shortage of eggs as we approach Christmas ; add to that a report of shortages of pasta and link that to a reduction in supplies of wheat and other grains , the implications are beyond contemplation . The prospect of no bacon and eggs , no spag. blo. ,no breakfast cereals fills me with horror , can I appeal to my friends in the U.S. to send food parcels . O.K , I will stop being alarmist but it does raise the question of why the E.U. disposed of our large grain surpluses right before the announcement of world grain shortages . Typical the mismanagement of the E.U. Commission to put the E.U. citizens at a disadvantage and make them pay the increased prices that will follow . Already ,in Italy we see the price of pasta raised by 30 % and the protests by the people , only when the British have to queue in a line to buy a loaf of bread will they wake up to the fact that it is time to leave the E.U.
Europe needs Britain more than we need them , let France ,Germany , Holland make up the £ 8 billion that we currently pay , what do we get if we leave ; cheaper food , cheaper goods and the freedom to make our own decisions .
